We offer continued training and education for ongoing support to all our consultants. With built-in career advising, resume building, and job interview coaching, we offer several resources to help you continue to grow personally and professionally.

Brooksource serves as your employer when you become a consultant to ensure that all onboarding and training, as well as consistent feedback, is taken care of.

We focus on relationship-driven consulting, which means we aren’t transactional with our clients and consultants. Whether it's a client appreciation day or walking you in on your first day on the job, we are here to support you.

Our goal is to never lose a relationship and we coach our consultants on their resumes and how to market themselves if we truly can’t find a placement for them.

In May of 2000, two college buddies decided to launch a staffing start-up out of a basement. Ryan Hasbrook and Jeff Weiser shared one dream to build a business based on a foundation of hard work, passion and creating an unparalleled culture. Many years of long nights, steadfast commitment to a unified vision and a whole lot of grit led us to where we are now. Fast forward to today, we now have over 30 markets across the United States, 3 divisions and over 600 employees. And we aren’t stopping there. Take a walk down memory lane with us to see how it all began!

Just as we value relationships with clients and consultants, we also value investing in our own communities. We are dedicated to the business of caring for others, and each of our 30 offices spends time volunteering for local charities and engaging in community service efforts. Service projects vary from location to location, and we are always looking to partner with new organizations. Past projects include work with Million Meal Movement, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and the Special Olympics.

Every year, as an annual tradition, our entire company takes the day off to volunteer together for our E3 Day of Service. This initiative was first launched in 2017 and each year we raise funds and volunteer to benefit various local charities. Each office decides its own local mission for the day. Company-wide, we give back to vastly different organizations, causes, etc. around the country. We also invite our clients and consultants to give back with us, and get involved in serving the local community!
