Rendall & Rittner provide a complete Property Management service for residential and mixed-use blocks of all sizes and ages, from converted townhouses to newly-built estates of thousands of homes. Our clients include Residential Management Companies, Right to Manage Companies, Freeholders and Property Developers. So, no matter what our client’s requirements are, we tailor a property management solution to suit.

We are delighted to have been awarded a Platinum accolade for the Investors in People (IIP) standard. IIP is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results. Underpinning the Standard is the Investors in People framework, reflecting the latest workplace trends, essential skills and effective structures required to outperform in any industry.

ARMA

Rendall & Rittner have been ARMA members for more than 20 years and understand the importance of working with like-minded professionals to set the standard for residential block management. Designed to showcase the talent, commitment and achievements of managing agents across the UK, 12 Awards were presented on the night, of which Rendall & Rittner scooped three trophies for Employer of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Firm of the Year and National/Largest Managing Agent of the Year.

We recognise the many benefits to e-learning and are proud to partner with a highly reputable, and RoSPA approved, training provider to offer the best service to our teams. We fully understand that not everyone feels comfortable learning in a large group or classroom, therefore being able to choose the time, place & topic can create a more effective learning experience.
Sustainability
Our Corporate Social Responsibility

We take our Corporate Social Responsibility very seriously and have been recognised as the CSR Firm of the Year at the ARMA Ace Awards 2019 and won the Excellence in Social Responsibility 500+ Employees at IIP 2017. We ensure that social, ethical and environmental principles are ingrained across our business. To do this we have developed green initiatives such as Recycle Week, deliver community engagement activities, and have a focus group in place to co-ordinate our fund-raising efforts.

We continuously support two charities - Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Stroke Association. In addition, every two years’ our people also select a third charity to support. We annually encourage our people, residents and suppliers to get involved with the Great Ormond Street Hospital toy appeal, to donate gifts for children who will be spending their time in hospital over Christmas.

Some of the events our teams have taken part in include;

• Santa fun run in Brighton, raising over £500 for Shelter • Halloween quiz night in Manchester, raising over £650 for homeless charity 'The Big Change' • Berkeley Homes’ charity five-a-side football tournament at Wembley Park • Urban Rush 15-mile run to raise over £800 • A team took part in a clay pigeon shooting event in aid of St Edward’s, created by the Berkeley Foundation where our ladies were top of the leader board and helped to raise £24,000.
