Our Story
Every business starts with a purpose.
In 1995, our mission was to give small businesses a way to level the playing field against their larger competitors. What started simply as Email Marketing has grown to a robust digital marketing solution with all the tools small businesses need to grow and thrive.
From list growth, social media, ecommerce and advanced email automation tools-- to events, surveys, SMS and more. It’s all designed with you in mind. To help you save time, build strong customer relationships and drive real results. But most importantly, to help you follow your passion and achieve the purpose of your small business.
A lot has changed since we began, but our purpose has not. From dial-up days to today's smartphone craze, small businesses are still the backbone of our communities, and we’re still the marketing platform that delivers the tools to help them grow, for the people who make them go. And there’s no stopping us now.

Our communities
Our Affinity Groups are open to all Constant Contact employees and exist to bring together colleagues with shared experiences and identities to create a sense of community and belonging. They also exist to foster inclusion, identify new ways of looking at our world and build allyship.
Our 10 affinity groups are led by an employee champion and guided by tenets of our CARES philosophy: Celebrate, Advocate, Respect, Educate and Support.

Our Able employee resource group connects, celebrates, and empowers those who are physically or cognitively differently-abled.

Our Asian employee resource group promotes professional development and community outreach for the Asian community at CTCT.
Black@CTCT: Uniting together as Black employees and allies to create real change.
We advocate for advancement and opportunities for Black employees, and provide a space for tackling issues facing the Black community.
Immigrants@CTCT: Welcoming employees from around the world to CTCT.
Our Immigrants group is a place for those who were not in the U.S. to come for support, and for allies to gain cross-cultural learnings.

Our IMPACT(I’m Proud at Constant Contact) group is made up of LGBTQIA employees and their allies - celebrating Pride and creating an open and welcoming culture for all.
Jewish@CTCT: Promoting Jewish ethnic and religious acceptance and diversity.
